The deck type Turbo Fog is a kind of mill strategy were you use cards like Fog , Holy Day , and or Dawn Charm , to prevent damage. You then use things like Sphinx's Tutelage , Dictate of Kruphix , or Howling Mine to mill your opponent. Fraying Insanity allows you to double effects from Tutelage and doubles up discarded cards from Dictate of Kruphix and Howling Mine . Turn Aside allows a counter to enchantment or artifact removal. Relic of Progentius takes down graveyard decks. If your opponent is playing a Storm Deck, side in Memory Erosion punishes them for any and all spells cast, for the Mirror maybe side in things that shuffle your graveyard back into your library. Other fog decks may have cards that give you hexproof to stifle burn or other combo decks, if you wan't you can play a card that gives your hexproof, or just add some different counter spells.
