Sometimes you just want to turn your brain off and do big dumb green things. Turns out Nissa likes doing big dumb green things too. And hey look, there's a version of her that's legal as a commander! In order to make Primal Surge the biggest, dumbest, greenest thing possible (flipping up to our entire library into play - but be careful with mandatory draw effects like Regal Force and Guardian Project!), we aren't playing any instants or sorceries, so we've had to find some slightly unorthodox workarounds for missing staples like Beast Within or Green Sun's Zenith.
