Bulk, slapdash update on a deck from literal 2014-15. More updates and polishing to follow.

First update complete! Cut a bunch of random junk, added a bunch of good cards. Deck is moving away from the lifegain subtheme, so I should probably cut Spike Feeder - Archangel of Thune, but I can't bring myself to cut that sweet, sweet foil Archangel.

Second update complete. Added several infinite combos. Ashaya is a messed up Magic card.
