Let me say this first: This is my first attempt at a real deck. I love dragon's and just couldn't resist. This is more for casual/fun MODERN and if I can, I'd like to play it at some FNM modern games. While it is for fun, I'd like it to be competitive enough.
Ideal Combos:
Goblin Rabblemaster pumps out 1/1 goblin tokens per combat phase (on your turn). Obviously these are easily killed, but if not they are opening up stacks for your to Descent of the Dragons on. Bad day for anyone.
Descent of the Dragons + Thunderbreak Regent + Atarka, Worlde Render + Dragonlord Dromoka + Dragon Tempest All of these trigger the amazing Dragon Tempest. However there is one portion of this that I will touch on it's own.

Most of the time, this is enough to put down an opponent on turn 5 or sooner depending on mana, card draw, and what's on your field to sac. With Dragon Tempest on the field, your 4/4s are getting haste and hitting for X damage X times. For the basics, let's say by turn 5 you have 4 creatures on the field; The Goblin Rabblemaster 2 tokens and a Scaleguard Sentinel. Drop Descent of the Dragons sac em all. Dragon Tempest does not calculate damage until the final dragon lands on the table, but it triggers for each dragon. 4 dragons x 4 triggers = 16 damage in one go. 4 dragons swinging in with haste and flying for another 16. So help the world if Atarka, World Render was on the field... thats 44 damage in one go.
Manamorphose Is nice because it costs 2, and gives you 2 mana back of any color + a card. Can never go wrong with card draw especially if it gives you back the mana spent to obtain it.
Browbeat This card is pinnacle as well. The player has 3 options; Burn a counter (amazing), burn 5 of his/her life (even better), or give you 3 cards (Aggro card draw can be very bad for the opponent). It isn't expensive to drop, but it has some incredible utility. Either use it to do the damage, draw cards, or make someone waste a counter with their remaining mana so you can - Descent of the Dragons and enjoy the victory!
By all means suggest anything you can or want, I could really use the help! Just please keep it modern and do not remove Dragonlord Dromoka, or Atarka, World Render. Those two are my favorite haha.Thank you very much in advance!
