So this is my build on the mono-red control Skred Red deck, a deck that I think improves massively in the post-Twin/Bloom meta. This is my preliminary take on the deck in the current meta, but it is still very much a work in progress.

New Chandra seems very powerful in the shell, but with aggro becoming more prevalent we need more turn 2 interaction to get us to our powerful turn 3 and 4 plays, so she was relegated to the board. Rending Volley I feel can safely go now with Twin out of the format, it is basically only super relevant against Merfolk and Kiki lists that run countermagic, and I'm pretty sure our matchups there are fine enough. Faithless Looting didn't feel strong in a list without Demigod of Revenge, so it's been swapped with SSG to give a better chance of hitting Koth turn 3 or a Blood Moon effect turn 2.
