SirCaleb1 That's a really nice infinite combo. Not many decks seem to combat lands either. So once it's down you really only have to worry about the ability somehow getting stopped. That Consul card immediately comes to mind, but I don't remember the name. I'd have to look it up, but it stops, abilities.

It sounds like a nice combo but it only gives you a strong creature which can easily be blocked/removed, with plenty of warning to the opponent. Is it worth running in Copycat (the now-official name of this deck)? Maaybe, but I doubt it. Possible Sideboard?
There are cards in Standard that counter abilities but none that prevent abilities from existing in the first place, so you're fine here. The card you're probably thinking about is Authority of the Consuls, which shuts down Saheeli Rai + Felidar Guardian combo; the Guardians enter the battlefield but are tapped and thus cannot do anything. Other cards that shut down this combo are Shock (deal damage to Rai and she dies when she activates her -2 and doesn't do anything), Lost Legacy, and obviously counterspells and hand disruption. Not saying that Copycat Combo is a bad deck since it's still an autowin on turn 6 in some cases, just thought you should know.

InfuriatedBrute You can call the argument for having card x to stop card y from happening. The main idea behind this whole deck is control with running a threat with copy cat. If your opponent doesn't have an answer then its a win. Running mana to have a counter up when dropping pieces. I have watched play tests of similar decks, play tested myself and this deck can win against a lot that is thrown at it. The only way everyone will really see is going forward when everything becomes standard legal.
Also the Authority of the Consuls saying it shuts this down is for one turn, the opponent gains all that life but then answer to every 1/4 untapped ready and attacking.

"Not saying that Copycat Combo is a bad deck since it's still an autowin on turn 6 in some cases, just thought you should know." My opinion of it is becoming higher, but I still don't think it's going to be the best deck in the format.
Actually Authority of the Consuls completely kills the combo because Saheeli exiles them at the end of the turn. Obviously that doesn't mean it's unanswerable though.
Also, NEVER FUCKING SAY "GO EDUCATE YOURSELF". THAT IS THE MOST BULLSHIT PASSIVE-AGRESSIVE AD-HOMINEM I HAVE EVER HEARD, CONTRIBUTES NOTHING TO AN INTERNET DISCUSSIONS, PRACTICALLY MISSES THE WHOLE POINT OF AN INTERNET CONVERSATION, AND EVERYONE USES IT LIKE A FUCKING FACT. YOU "GO EDUCATE YOURSELF". I'M FUCKING SICK OF THIS ARGUMENT. Ahem. Sorry, that phrase just brings back bad memories lol

InfuriatedBrute Sorry for the late reply. Yeah I completely spaced on the fact that the copies of Felidar Guardian are gone at the beginning of the end step. I have seen a lot of cards that stop this deck from comboing off. I know a lot of people have notice on this deck and the answers to take are of it, especially after SCG open results, just check out the SCG Colombus Open Top 64 Decklists.
I'm still working on fine tuning the deck or at least making it as competitive as possible. Thanks for the input btw. Have you had a chance to play against the deck at all? What have you noticed if you have?

Nice, +1. I'm using a similar list and I felt the same way about Shock and Baral, Chief of Compliance. I'm not quite sure if I had any draw issues but what about Fevered Visions? Here is my list if you what to check it out: Jeskai Saheeli.
