Long story short, I recently began playing MTG again after a rather long hiatus, last time I played was around the release of Coldsnap back in 2006 or so. This is essentially a retouched variation of the deck I used to play back then utilizing some newer cards to enhance the core strategy of the deck, which was mainly token generation to fuel the abilities of other cards.

Suggestions & feedback would be much appreciated regarding the current deck build, I just took out a bunch of "meh" cards from my original deck to add in more stuff pertaining to the core strategy like Precinct Captain and God-Favored General , but I haven't played in a very long time and I don't know if some cards would be better than what I'm currently using.

Edit: Took into account emask and ArtificialA's suggestions, moved some of my previous cards to the sideboard, and stumbled upon Vampire Hexmage while looking around for more potential cards, and immediately threw it into the deck, as Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage not only sounds absolutely OP, but also extremely unexpected, as most people will assume it will take several turns to get rid of all the counters, whereas in this case it could take as little as just one.
