Also Grim Lavamancer might be good here.
And a singleton Crackling Doom in the sideboard could be good against Bogle, which is not your best matchup, because they side in lifelink during game 2.

I've playtested with Grim Lavamancer and decided I didn't like it. I also have decide that exiling is important enough to run anger over Slagstorm I will consider destructive revelry and crackling doom.

You have 11 fetch lands that allow you to take advantage of Searing Blaze landfall ability. I currently only have 3/8 fetches and run 4 Searing Blaze no problem. I like it way more than Searing Blood.

I was actually just thinking about that and decided that blood is only better in a format with alot of weenies/tokens and leyine. 8/10 would switch out 10/10 with rice

Mighty Modern Mardu Melting Mayhem, otherwise known as MMMMM...
...Anyways. I'm surprised you're not running Young Pyromancer here; nearly half of your deck triggers it, seems like he'd be right at home.
February 17, 2015 9:35 a.m.
naw I'd rather not have as many creatures and he is really fragile as well
February 17, 2015 10:27 a.m.
There's always Lightning Helix which tends to be very popular in any burn deck that has white
February 21, 2015 8:59 a.m.
Lightning Helix is amazing in any aggro/midrange matchup. He creates a 6 life difference between you and your opponent.
February 21, 2015 10:16 a.m.
Honestly, I would go down two Skullcrack and swap them in the SB for the two Lightning Helix. Most of the time, Skullcrack second ability isn't nearly as useful as Lightning Helix.
February 21, 2015 12:09 p.m.
I thought so as well, but it haas won me quite a few games against an opposing kor firewalker or soul sisters
February 21, 2015 12:57 p.m.
at one mana it's great but i will never ever cast it if it at six mana. I cannot afford dead cards in this deck.
February 22, 2015 9:56 a.m.
then add Faithless Looting to cycle it ou of your hand
February 22, 2015 10:42 a.m.
I'm not certain about faithless looting, but I would be paying a mana and 3 cards for two cards and i guess I'll try playtesting with it
February 22, 2015 11:15 a.m.
I'd play Dangerous Wager before Faithless Looting. Refueling an empty or dead hand at the end of the opponent's turn seems better.
February 24, 2015 7:34 a.m.
i would as well, but i don't think i'm going to play looting, discarding three bad cards to draw two random one doesn't seem to be what I want.
February 24, 2015 7:48 a.m.
Why no Vexing Devil One mana for a 4/3 or 4 damage is insane.

I don't think you need that many Searing Blaze. Give Shard Volley or Mutagenic Growth a try.

Also, sideboard suggestions: Molten Rain, Crackling Doom and Rain of Gore. Rakdos Charm is a must.
February 27, 2015 8:01 p.m.
ok so i absolutely hate shard volley, will try out the board, growth is only really good with swiftspears on the board (otherwise its a card that only deals two, though I suppose it can save a dude ocasionally)

You might want a Stomping Ground to have Destructive Revelry in the sideboard, It's so much better than Wear / Tear.
Also, if you want creature removal in the sideboard, perhaps pick Slagstorm over Anger of the Gods. Kitchen Finks doesn't really see play anymore, so Slagstorms ability to burn players should make it more playable than Anger of the Gods in burn.
