Sideboard

Congregation at Dawn is a very powerful card. You can ensure your next 3 turns will be exactly the cards you need. This is a prototype/work in progress, semi-compeditive midrange deck I came up with loosely based on Birthing Pod. There are a few win conditions, all easily tutorable with Congregation at Dawn

~~SPLICER BEATDOWN~~

Blade Splicer , Vital Splicer , Master Splicer, Sensor Splicer , and Maul Splicer create a terrifying boardstate, customizable to your needs. Use Restoration Angel to make more golems, two at a time if you blink Maul Splicer . This is the standard gameplan, you should follow this if you begin with a splicer or two you can cast.

~~MELIRA COMBO~~

Melira, Sylvok Outcast+Kitchen Finks+Viscera Seer gains you 99x1099 life, probably winning you the game instantly. If you are easily able to assemble this combo without the possibility of dying some other way. It means you can instantly win the game on turn 3/4/5 easily

~~SIEGE RHINO~~

Restoration Angel + Restoration Angel +Siege Rhino is brutal. If you have access to 4 mana and a congregation, you can burst the opponent down very effectively, while gaining life. A versatile win condition, but not always viable, especially against decks with lots of removal.

~~SUN TITAN~~

Sun Titan is a good lategame win condition against grindier decks. He lets you chump block forever, and gain advantage from all of the cheap value creatures in the deck. Good creatures to tutor for with him include Fiend Hunter and Merciless Executioner, as you can use them to thin the enemy numbers.

~~THE VALUE CREATURES~~

Congregation at Dawn allows you to grab any three creatures from the deck and put them on top, so the only logical thing to do is fill the deck with good creatures that interact well when grabbed together.

Archangel Avacyn (Avacyn, Guardian Angel) can help you from losing your stuff, can be blinked to repeat this effect, or can anger when something dies, if thats what youre after

Birds of Paradise is the ideal turn 1 for the deck, allowing you to get a Congregation at Dawn off turn 2, and creatures such as Siege Rhino or Master Splicer on turn 3.

Eternal Witness allows you to get back your Congregation after the first two creatures, as well as endless other applications. You know how good Eternal Witness is stop kidding yourself.

Fiend Hunter allows you to remove threats, and works well with Sun Titan, and value can be gotten from Restoration Angel , if youre into that kind of thing I guess

hornets nest is a good blocker, works well with Sun Titan, feels good against aggro

Kitchen Finks blocks at least twice, and wins the game with an aforementioned combo

Loxodon Smiter is a pet favourite of mine, feels good against control, feels REALLY good against Liliana of the Veil, and hits pretty hard.

Merciless Executioner is part of the Sun Titan strategy. It also gets around Bogles!

Qasali Pridemage is pretty good, lets you get in with Birds of Paradise, because sure why not. Also destroys artifacts and enchantments and stuff, pretty nifty.

Reclamation Sage is kind of like Qasali Pridemage , only worse. Might replace it.

Restoration Angel is a very, very good card. Can create golems with your splicers, (two if you use her on Maul Splicer ,) blink Siege Rhino, save creatures from death, beat people to DEATH with her reasonable flying body (that blocks delver!), Restoration Angel is an all-star.

Saffi Eriksdotter has some pretty cool interactions, works well with Sun Titan, as she can work as an extra life, dying to save him and being resurrected next turn. Or use it when your Siege Rhino dies, and drain 3 if you like losing friends.

Shaman of Forgotten Ways allows you to get two mana through Congregation, allowing you to tutor for cards that are pretty big, like Sun Titan or Maul Splicer .

You know Siege Rhino. Move Along.

Sin Collector is good against combo. Can be blinked if you like taking peoples stuff.

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben doesnt affect anything but the congregations, and can destroy noncreature based decks.

Wall of Omens blocks and draws a card, dont know if I want to keep it in or not, although it has its uses

So, heres my dumb idea for a new archetype. It needs improving, especially in the manabase and sideboard, so your suggestions are welcome.
