This deck is a control & denial deck using some of the more flavorful Azorius cards. It's a pillow fort that largely aims to lock things down for an opponent. Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer is the commander because he's easy to get out and locks down one creature per turn, buying time to get other pillow fort pieces into play.
