A mono-black control-your-enemies by keeping their hands empty. (I say "enemies" and not "friends" because when you play this, you have no friends.) This is obviously a budget deck, and my Maybeboard consists of all the other cards I own that are relevant to this deck. Please make budget-mindful suggestions!

Basically, the win conditions are in the enchantments. Get at least two of those out on the board and keep them there while you keep your opponents' hand sizes down, so that they can't get out their win conditions or destroy yours. The creatures act as support to cause discard, destroy other creatures, or replenish your hand. (Some of the creatures also provide very slow win conditions, such as the specters, Liliana's Reaver, and the Sangromancer.) Having one or more of those enchantments, like Shrieking Affliction, Liliana's Caress, Megrim, Waste Not, or Quest for the Nihil Stone, or one or more of your specters, like Fell Specter or Abyssal Nocturnus on the battlefield when you play a bomb sorcery like Awaken the Erstwhile, Dark Deal, Delirium Skeins or Chain of Smog are the combinations we're looking to execute. A major problem this deck faces is what to do if one of these key enchantments gets discarded, destroyed, exiled, or milled into the graveyard--black has plenty of ways to bring creatures out of the graveyard, but I can't find any cheap options to get my enchantments out of the graveyard (which is why my maindeck self-mill options are few).

My experience playing this deck is that the deck could use more wheel effects and/or group card draw--because the discard is so good, it stalls the game and that includes stalling out my own win-con. But if I could only make my opponents draw and discard at the same time, I could speed up my win-cons...
