Joining the bantwagon. Saw Chulane as a cheap commander option, and I'm trying to stick to budget IRL, but this deck is a deck I would eventually like to get. Some cards are cards I own and that's just to help focus my reality a bit so I don't go overboard, but the main point of this deck is to cycle through your deck with draw power, use mana ramp, moderately tax your opponents, and either combo with Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake for infinite mana and drop something big like an eldrazi or Hydroid Krasis + Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or just enjoy fun cards.
