Tatsunari is a very fun Sultai enchantment commander. Tatsunari cares about getting Keimi on the battlefield and slowly draining your opponents for every enchantment you play. Tatsunari does have some added utility by letting him and a frog creature to become unblockable. This deck is built heavily around enchantments and has great budget removal.
