Definitely a good one that I'm sad to not have access to, but I don't know if it's the "best in the game"

Serpent Generator , Sabertooth Cobra and Marsh Viper cause lets face it snakes can be poisonous and Tribal Unity to add injury to injury

Curse of Predation might help u out

I don't really like Curse of Predation in this deck. While a couple of the early drop snakes may chip in for a couple damage here and there, that isn't really the way to win. This deck looks more to load up on creatures and use a global pump and an alpha-strike to generate advantage. The supporting cards are included to help avoid wraths and spot removal, or to give the army evasion. Curse of Predation really doesn't do these things.

Krosan Grip was in here until I traded one away. I did find another one and I'm debating on what to take out for it.

While mono-colored EDH decks don't have some of the cool interactions that multi-colored do, some mono-colored decks are very fun. This is by a long way my favorite deck I've ever played, and I play alot of 2 and 3-color decks.

Just an idea but... Snake Basket much?

Door of Destinies

I do really like Door of Destinies , but I don't think it fits in this deck. When I drop a card that pumps my board, I want it to have an immediate effect. With door, there are chances that when you draw it, it will be dead without creatures in hand.

Snake Basket is a consideration, however the sorcery speed is a big downside. I may add it if i find a card underperforming, but cuts at this point are the hardest thing to do to make room for new things.

Perhaps add Skullclamp ?

Skullclamp is very good. If I were to put it in, I would probably take out Skyship Weatherlight for it. However, two of my other decks use it (arguably better), and I wouldn't like it in here just yet.

Also I know that this is a budget deck but maybe add a Gaea's Cradle ? It will double the cost of the deck but totally worth it.

This isn't a budget deck. But yes, I agree a Gaea's Cradle would be great and as soon as I aquire one, it will be added in a heartbeat.

I have foil Coat of Arms if you want it

If you want some more snakes for this I'd recommend the Tangle Asp , a nice cheap creature with an upgraded Deathtouch and Nessian Asp which can boost you a bit in your late-game =)

Matsu-Tribe Decoy can also get very annoying if equipped with a Kusari-Gama and any other equipment or enchantment that boosts him a bit.

I used to love playing snakes back in the Kamigawa days and happen to play Sachi as a Commander now, though it's less Tribal oriented anymore. Wanna take a look at Monsters love Music [EDH]? The Seshiro family needs to be given some more credit.

Now, that (decoy+equipment) is something different than most suggestions! I'm not 100% sold on it for this deck, but I may implement it in the future.

Tangle Asp , I like. Nessian Asp , i've thought about before and disregarded it. However, looking at it again, I like the reach on it. I will have to consider it more.

I'm not sure if the Decoy Gama trick would work as I'm not sure if the additional damage that Kusari-Gama forces a creature to do would be considered combat damage

The Kusari Gama wouldn't adopt creature-specific effects, but it can deal some damage on the board, especially to get rid of swarming tokens, if you force a weaker creature to block the Decoy.

Correct. Thats why I don't exactly want it in this deck. Though for a voltron-style w/ lure effects and this, I do like it.

Have you considered Konda's Banner ? It's done wonders in my Kemba deck.
