Things I would cut:
Skyship Weatherlight
is only really in there for the 'snakes on a plane' flavor.
Molting Skin has corner cases where its good, and the flavor is fantastic, but it is lackluster when you have a full board and someone wraths.
Time of Need
is debatable. Sometimes its awesome with the toolbox of legends that you want for specific instances. Sometime's its meh with the good card advantage this deck provides. On a plus side, if Seshiro ever gets tucked, this is an additional way to find him again.

I think you need a little more lands, at least 38 with 8 mana rocks or 40 lands.

Urza's Incubator and Door of Destinies would be great.

What you could do is run Extraplanar Lens + Snow-Covered Forest . That way when you get the extra green mana but your opponent does not when tap their regular Forest

I definitely will get a Hooded Hydra in as soon as I get one!
I'm surprised nobody has suggested Extraplanar Lens before. It would be pretty good in this deck. I'll have to be on the lookout for one.

I never did suggest it due to the fact that you are already running Caged Sun whitch is better

Love the deck! I have one just like it. Have you got any problems with fliers in your meta? I'd suggest Spidersilk Armor if you do.

I think that would be a very good card. Generals in my meta like Khalia are often hard to deal with and usually come down to a race.

You may want to switch out your anthems and add a Skullclamp It would be amazing card advantage with those snake tokens.

Hi, nice snake deck! I really like the deck, i have some troubles with mine and could use some help! Mine is not so aggressive as yours i think; So much skin. I added some cards but i do not know what to cut. If could suggest something for your deck, i would add Primal Command for graveyard hate (my group likes their graveyards) and tutoring and maybe Yavimaya Hollow, Nissa, Worldwaker and Steely Resolve +1 for the snakes

Hmm, I did just get a Yavimaya Hollow. Not sure why I haven't put it in. Thanks! Steely Resolve will go in once I get my hands on one. I don't think Nissa is what this deck wants. Primal Command, I like it, but I can't really see cutting anything for it. I do usually bring a couple pieces of GY hate in my decks, but this one is just more aggro-y that hopefully you win before shenanigans start happening.

Very nice deck and very fun to play! I liked the way the synergy was abundant when I play tested this deck. I never thought there were enough good Snakes in Magic to make a whole EDH deck, but boy I am glad I was wrong haha.

Endless Swarm definately doesnt fit well in this deck. There are very few instances where I do not want to be casting additional spells.
Adaptive Automaton is probably the only one of those I'd consider. The artifacts that make tokens are also on the border. The artifacts that only pump +1/+1 however are most likely not going to get a spot.
Konda's Banner is ok, but again, it's only really giving a +2/+2 bonus and nothing else. It works better in Kemba, where you get additional cats.
