Podma101, Grim Haruspex only triggers off my own creatures dying, while the Harvester of Souls triggers on anyone's creatures dying. In a multiplayer game, that's a significant difference, despite the cheaper mana cost. Plus Harvester is just a bigger threat and less delicate. I don't mind paying twice the mana for that.
The other suggestions are right on the mark tho. Thanks.

Woops! Missed that part lol!
Other good cards could be Rage Thrower and Stalking Vengeance!

Stalking Vengeance already on the list, but I'll consider Rage Thrower too.

Is it simply preference that you don't run Food Chain and go infinite off Prossh and his kobolds? With Purphoros, Stalking Vengeance, Warstorm Surge, or Rage Thrower on the field at the same time as Food Chain, it can be an insta-kill to everyone.

I am not familiar with an infinite combo with Prossh. It looks like Food Chain only gets me 1 color of mana so I can't recast Prossh with it since he's 3 colors. Also, he costs 2 more to cast from the command zone each time so adding 1 from Food Chain won't let me recast him after I've exiled him with Food Chain. Can you elaborate? I wouldn't drop 15 bucks on a card unless I understand how its working in my deck.

Assume Food Chain is already in play and you just hit your 6th land:
Cast Prossh for 6, get 6 Kobolds.
Sacrifice 6 Kobolds + Prossh himself to Food Chain to get 12 mana.
Use 8 of that to cast Prossh again, creating 8 Kobolds. Sacrifice everything to Food Chain for another 14 mana. You now have 18 total.
Repeat this process for infinite mana.
Food Chain states when you exile a creature, you gain mana of any color equal to its mana cost plus 1. So for each kobold you exile, you gain one mana(of any color), giving you enough to repeatedly cast Prossh.

lol it didn't occur to me to just sac the kobolds too. I may have to see about acquiring Food Chain for this.

Yeah his deck is more fun to play against because it's really not janky. It uses the tokens more as friends, not food. Though it's flexible enough to voltron with Prossh as well. Some of his memorable inclusions include.
Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury (we like to say he's doing a dragon high-five with Prossh and Ogre Battledriver. He's also won memorably with Stalking Vengeance and Tooth and Claw.

This deck looks pretty sweet, but you should probably update your removal package. Hex and Chain Reaction are very conditional and sometimes might not get the job done. All Is Dust is a great sweeper, but in a deck with so many precious enchantments I would hesitate to use board wipes that destroy every permanent rather than just creatures. In my opinion Crux of Fate would be a nice replacement for one of those, as it has an obvoius synergy with Prossh, Decree of Pain might also be nice if you want to convert some tokens into gas. The deck could use a little more ramp other than Sol Ring. I usually try to put at least 7-10 sources of mana ramp, even if it is just incidental to what the card does, into my deck because it just speeds up your deck so much. I know mana rocks and Cultivate like cards are not exiting cards to put into your deck, but I would cut a couple of the more narrow spot removal cards like Go for the Throat to make some room for ramp. The earlier you cast Prossh or get one of your engines set up the deadlier they are.
Have fun tinkering with the deck!

Since the focus of the deck until recently was not so much on Prossh himself, ramping wasn't as big a deal, but since I"m tuning it to be more competitive now, I'll have to take a look at more ramp cards.
I was running All Is Dust because a buddy I usually play with runs Avacyn, Angel of Hope and sometimes I just need to destroy a board of indestructible stuff, even at the cost of my own. Chain Reaction usually does get the job done, but I agree there are more reliable cards. Hex is a pet card of mine because it really lets me pick and choose. I admit it is a holdover from when this was a Kresh the Bloodbraided deck back before Prossh was ever printed. It's always been really solid for me but I'll consider using the slot for other things.
I think the last place I can clear more space for new cards is in my graveyard recursion suite. Between Deadbridge Chant, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Genesis, Eternal Witness and Praetor's Counsel I could cut one or two.

I'm not a big fan of Rage Thrower. Two damage to a single player, which can't be redirected towards creatures and/or planeswalkers. I recommend artifact mutation as doubling as a form of removal and a token generator. If you are looking for ETB effects, maybe Warstorm Surge or Impact Tremors. Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat are a must in any token deck which has black, especially in a Prosh deck.

Sorry, I seemed to have missed the artifact mutation already. How has Whispersilk Cloak been?
July 3, 2016 12:55 p.m.
Whispersilk Cloak is always great for the shroud protection. It there for redundancy with Greaves and Boots. The unblockable bit is nice for when I just need to push a lethal Prossh through. Definitely worth a card slot.
Rage Thrower I put in just recently, and he hasn't featured in the couple games I've played since. I didn't recognize that Zulaport Cutthroat hits each opponent instead of just 1 so that might be a better option. I actually took out the Warstorm Surge because I was just putting in a lot of 1/1s and 0/1s. That Impact Tremors also hits each opponent is relevant. I'll look at making a swap somewhere.
Thanks for the suggestions.

With only 3 creatures, that one is a rather different deck than mine. It's also 2000 dollars :/

I think Purphoros, God of the Forge would give this deck some love! I'd replace Utopia Mycon, it seems the weakest card here.
Grim Haruspex is a better version of Harvester of Souls imo.
Same goes for Stronghold Assassin over Royal Assassin.
