Maybeboard


Here's what I've got at the moment, everything in the maybe board is what I want to add eventually. Since I'm moving back to the states I will more than likely not be adding/getting a chains. However It's included Since I know you have one and it's too good not to use in the deck if you've got one.

The super low land count sounds super bad at first, but I just mull aggressively. The main reason it's this low at this power level of a deck is due to it's not competing against cedh decks. However I kept getting mana flooded with anything more than this amount of lands. There's also enough sacs/temp mana and mana rocks to get you to tergrid and a few hand disruptors. You only need about 5 mana on board to already secure a win slowly. At 3 mana you're able to play any of the echantments that make people discard. This makes casting tergrid easier and more secure since you're running minimal lands. If someone keeps their counter often they lose for this decision cause they have nothing else to do due to discarding.

I use the supernatural stamina style of effects to keep tergrid alive after kill spells. Path to exile/swords is always unforunate, but there's a few dead creatures you could swap for some swiftfoot boots. (I chose these over greaves so I can do the rebirth style effects to keep tergrid alive.)

I've found it better to get some hand destruction out before casting Tergrid, this normally gets rid of the interaction/counters to make her last longer before needing to recast.
