i think you need some more lands if i dont have vile turn 1 or 2 you just lose having trouble finding any lands

Raxxman22 I opted for less lands because once you have Manaweft Sliver, you're never at a shortage of it. In play testing, I've played games where I never used more that 1 land and still won the game.

Babafaba Your absolutely right. Although I've never had a Sliver vs Sliver deck matchup, I might as well switch Heart Sliver for Blur Sliver

To be honest, your deck seems like it'd be too slow for legacy. This is a more streamlined build of Slivers- That one cool creature tribal deck.
If you are playing legacy, you'll need to get rid of most things that are over 3 mana(probably over 2, even). Basically, you'll want a full playset of all the two mana pump slivers, Sinew Sliver, Muscle Sliver and Predatory Sliver.
Brainstorm is legal in Legacy, and the most played card because it is amazing. So 4 of em will do you good.
Utility-wise, Crystalline Sliver and Hibernation Sliver are really good at making sure your slivers are protected.
You'll want to evade them, so Galerider Sliver and Winged Sliver will help with that.
Now, there are some neat cards you could add. If you want some silver bullets, Worldly Tutor can help you out. You need to counter some troublesome spells? Force of Will and Daze do good work.
Basically, lower your curve, add more of the good slivers, and make it more consistent.

Thanks GabeCubed. I took most of your advice. I added a play set of Brainstorm, 3 Crystalline Sliver (since its ability is non-stackable), and I made my Sinew Slivers, Muscle Slivers, and Predatory Slivers into play sets. I also removed all of 4+ drop cards. Truth be told, I'm not very familiar with the Legacy format. I usually play Modern, so your feedback helped a lot.

I'd think that you'd want the full set of Sliver Hive before playing the full set of Mana Confluence so you don't lose as much life. Without fetches, I'm not sure what Brainstorm is doing for you other than protecting your important guys in hand from Hymn to Tourach or Thoughtseize. It's a good thing to do, but no fetches means you have the possibility of knowing that your next 2 cards will be lands and just sit there frustrated until you (hopefully) draw past them. I think the deck looks solid though, and maybe in a meta absent of Miracles decks or Show and Tell decks it could have a shot.

Brainstorm gets a lot better with fetch lands. Thought you had some. Usually about 6-8 would be good.

You could try to play Collected Company though, I'm not sure how well it'd do in the legacy format. ABUR duals help a lot, but aren't necessary in this build. Good luck with it though.

I use Descendent's Path in my modern sliver deck and it works wonders.

looks balanced. AEther Vial is amazing, not to mention uncounterable/instant slivers!
