Efficient, spell driven creatures like, my son, Voracious Reader, Talrand, and Monastery Mentor get huge value off of instant and sorcery triggers. The wealth of high quality Scepter targets ensure that it's never a dead draw. Mystical Tutor is a cheap signature spell that opens up the options but there is 100% enough draw in the deck to dig through until you really need to tutor up the right answer.

Rise from the Tides with a rebound from Narset or duplicated through a Reversal or Wellspring will close out most tables.
