It's a run of the mill deck that wants to drain your opponent with X cost spells like Drain life, Damnable Pact, and profane command. To further accelerate your win are several cards found in aristocrat decks, namely Blood Artist. Due to the nature of blacks ramp spells, you may accumulate a rather high storm count which is why Tendrils of Agony are included.

This is inspired by the High Hide decks that force the opponent to draw their deck.
