Green/blue +1/+1 counter deck that was originally a modern deck but turned out to be poineer legal all along!

Cloudfin Raptor, Experiment One, Gyre Sage, and Renegade Krasis are used for the evolve mechanic, getting evolved by each other, as well as by Kalonian Hydra, Greenbelt Rampager, Vorel of the Hull Clade, ,Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig, and Rhonas the Indomitable.

Hardened Scales essentially doubles the counter output, adding more counters when creatures enter the battlefield or when counters are moved around.

Flood the field with +1/+1 counters on all creatures, play Herald of Secret Streams, and swing with everything for the win.

Combos

Kalonian Hydra + Vorel of the Hull Clade to double the counters twice while attacking to hit your opponent with a 16+/16+ with trample as early as turn 6 (or even sooner if ramped with Gyre Sage).

Sideboard

Give / Take is an overall solid card, great to put on pressure or for draw to keep up with speedy decks.

Mistcutter Hydra is great against blue, and can be spent to evolve practically anything given the circumstances. The haste is a good bonus too.

Broken Bond for artifact and enchantment hate.

Solidarity of Heroes for all your counter doubling needs.

Stubborn Denial when you really just wanna piss people off.
