Gonna say it right now, Gadwick is a combo monster.

There's a lot going on here, and a few different win-cons so lets break it down.

Infinite Mana

We have more than one infinite mana combo in this deck and a hand full of ways to tease one out.

1 - Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal with a few Mana rocks out (enough to produce at least 3 mana). Tap all rocks for mana, activate Isochron Scepter with the spell under it and untap your rocks and Scepter to do it again.

2 - Grand Architect + Pili-Pala use 1 blue to make Pili-Pala blue with Grand Architect, then tap for two colorless. Use Pili-Pala's ability to untap for 1 blue and keep doing it.

3 - Power Artifact + Basalt Monolith or Grim Monolith tap for 3 untap for less, and keep going.

Note 1 and 3 have the potential to only net you colorless mana if this is a problem, use Gemstone Array to filter your mana.

All this mana, now what?

Well theres a lot of things we can do.

1 - Cast our commander Gadwick, the Wizened , to draw our entire library.

2 - Blue Sun's Zenith to draw somebody for more than their library

3 - Folio of Fancies to draw more than half everyone's library, untap it in one of a few ways, and use the second ability to mill everyone. untap again to draw for 1 and win.

Go With It

Really do whatever you want, this deck is a nightmare and can posibly win turn one. Ancient Tomb tap for 2, floating 1 for Sol Ring tap for 2, keeping 1 floating for Grim Monolith tap for three, 4 in pool for Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal , generate infinite mana, cast Gemstone Array , filter to blue, cast Gadwick, the Wizened and draw entire deck, cast Laboratory Maniac , then anything that will make you draw.

Way too expensive?

Totally get it, parts of mine are Proxied, my group is okay with that.

you can remove Force of Will, Grim Monolith, Power Artifact, Ancient Tomb, Cryptic Command, Cyclonic Rift, Extraplanar Lens, Force of Negation, Gauntlet of Power, Jace, Vryn's Prodigy, Mana Drain, Vedalken Orrery, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Leyline of Anticipation, Mystical Tutor, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Omniscience, Riptide Laboratory, Sapphire Medallion ,Spellseeker, Swan Song, Thought Vessel, Venser, Shaper Savant, Venser's Journal, Aetherflux Reservoir, Consecrated Sphinx, and Glen Elendra Archmage and this deck will still function. That's like $800 off the price tag.
