This awesome build is all about draw and survival in the early game until we have enough mana to cast a bunch of extra turns and ideally hit either Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or a Jace Beleren.
Please play test before commenting. It looks odd on paper but just play it a few times and hopefully you like it as much as I do
Temporal Mastery: At 7 mana this card has a hefty price. However, the miracle effect here is what makes it an all star. Best part about the wording on this card is that is says "if this is the first card you would draw this turn you may cast it for its miracle cost". This means I can remand or cryptic (counter / draw) into one of these bad boys and take an extra turn at the end of their turn.
Time Warp
: The cheapest take an extra turn card in modern. Running any less than 4 of these is a mistake so I am running 4.
Walk the Aeons
: Take an extra turn for 6 mana, seems just ok. Why is this card so good? Buyback. Buyback when I have 1 million mana available is great. This card can help string my extra turns together until I hit what I need.
Utility
Cryptic Command
: Arguably the most versatile card in modern. This deck runs blue so its running a play set of these toolboxes.
Gigadrowse: In this deck this card might as well read "target opponent draws and then passes turn". Great card, saves me a bunch and is killer vs control match ups. For example, the guy playing control undoubtedly has counters in hand so I just tap their lands down during their endstep and proceed to combo off on my turn without worrying about counters.
Remand: Early game counter with draw. Arguably an extra turn for two mana all the while setting your opponent back a turn. One of my favorite things to do with this card is to remand my own spells after a Serum Visions or if I am stuck so that I can more effectively chain together my extra turns.
Serum Visions: Drawing a card and digging two cards into your library for 1 mana?! I will take 4 of these to go...
Artifacts
Howling Mine: Drawing one card a turn is so boring! Why not draw more? This card helps me go through the deck twice as fast and find the ever elusive Emrakul...
Extraplanar Lens: This deck is full of high cost spells. These cards help the deck run smoothly. Normally, one of these is more than enough but if another happens to resolve its icing on the cake because there is nothing like hard-casting an Emrakul with a few lands XD
Snow-Covered Island: Why Snow covered islands you may ask? When imprinting cards with Extraplanar Lens you will notice that the effect applies to everyone, not just me. Snow covered lands serve as a way to keep all the doubled mana to myself.
Win Con's
Kozilek, Butcher of Truth: This guy is here mainly to re-set my deck when I have Emrakul out beating face. But if Emrakul somehow gets dead he serves as a pretty effective beatstick. I have chosen him over ulamog, the inifinite gyre for the time being because kozilek's cast trigger is draw 4 cards which is more useful to me than destroying a permanent.
Jace Beleren: On the off chance Emrakul somehow dies or is extracted from my deck this guy serves as my alternate win con. Jace can either forcefeed my opponent until they have no more cards to draw and win that way or I can mill them to death. He also serves as an extra howling mine type effect each turn.
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn: The primary win condition of this deck. One of him is more than enough to make anyone concede. Especially if he is on the board for more than a turn.
