The built in combos include:

Blowfly Infestation + Flourishing Defenses/Nest of Scarabs + Hapatra to create Infinite tokens. If a drain creature such as Zulaport Cutthroat, Obelisk Spider, Blood Artist or Poison-tip Archer is also on the field, all opponents happen to stop playing very suddenly.

Quillspike + Devoted Druid is a classic and if you add in Hapatra, its an infinite army of tokens.
