I wanted to make a dragon based commander deck that was affordable (to me. some people may think hundreds more to be affordable)

I wanted to start with Scion of the Ur-dragon, so I could use any color of mana.I also wanted to include a few of the current fate reforged cards and dragons.

There are quite a few ways to win and protect yourself and your commander. (I quite like making myself and all my creatures hexproof)

I am open to any suggestions for tweaking the manabase, and any affordable (sub $10)substitutions for anything.
