Yeah I've been trying to fit Waste Not into here, I love that card a lot!

Have you thought about doing the usual Wheel of Fortune, Wheel of Fate, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Jace's Archivist shenanigans? It's been done a million times before, I know. But there's a reason for that--it tends to win if it's allowed to go off.
Also, anything by Paul Thomas Anderson is alright in my book.

Oh, I hadn't even thought of those cards! I made some revisions, ty for the suggestions :)

TheAlexGnan It really is! I'm trying to find room for the mage but I don't know what's best to swap out for it

Looking good. Reforge the Soul is another good one.

Reforge the Soul is a must. If Winds of Change was discard, I'd agree.

If you want to stick with strictly discard, Sangromancer and Geth's Grimoire are really good, too.

I would still consider Winds of Change though. What you're basically hoping for is to hit as many wheel effects in a single turn as possible. Ideally, you'll have Nekusar, the Mindrazer or another similar effect out when Wheel of Fate resolves. Then, with a little luck and gumption, that will cause you to draw into Wheel of Fortune, which will draw you into Reforge the Soul, which will draw you into Winds of Change, etc..., to deal massive damage in a single turn.

I replaced Fiend of the Shadows with Sangromancer, as the latter felt clunky and out of place. I want lots of discard/draw in this deck, though I will keep Winds of Change in mind because it is a nice low cost punch in the face!

Curiosity? I know it's 99 cards, but if you happen to put it on Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, you can drop a load on someone fast.

Curiosity would be hilarious with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind but it'd have such a low chance of actually getting played together lol

Elder Mastery seems like it'd be pretty decent, I'll try to find some room for it!

Glistening Oil with a wheel effect or two is pretty broken.

This may seem really petty, but have you considered Dreadbore instead of Hero's Downfall? Also you may be interested in Phyrexian Tyranny.
March 29, 2016 7:55 p.m.
Phyrexian Tyranny will fit very nicely in here. I have both of those in the deck actually lol

Waste Not is the most brutal card ever in a Nekusar deck. Pretty much a guaranteed win in multiplayer if it sticks.
Also, Helm of the Ghastlord
