Hinata is a very fun and unique commander. She discounts your spells while also taxing your opponent's spells. While Hinata can be built in a variety of different ways I focused on building her to focus on discounting our spells' mana value. This can lead to some pretty ridiculous plays for a couple of mana. Our win conditions include alpha striking opponents, slowly pinging opponents down, and big surprising burn spells.
