Variation of Blue / Black control deck for Pioneer format.

As reference was used deck from Gabriel Nassif. Then I made few changes.

Omen of the Sea seems to be working well for control of the top deck and works for revolt activation. Confounding Riddle has nice versatility. Ashiok can give nice card advantage. Jace + Restless Reef is alternative win condition and card advantage. Narset, Parter of Veils is good to turn off opponent draw engine and search of the answers. Drown in the Loch is quite versatile and worked for me better then Change the Equation.
