Basically, you put a lot of counters on dudes, they get big, you beat them in the face.

This deck was made as part of an agreement with some friends at my local store. We each would make a deck, not something terrible, but not amazing either. The target is fun and using mechanics most people haven't tried in Constructed. We'd then sleeve the deck, and hand it to them face-down and they'd play with it without looking at any of the cards.
