This is my first EDH deck that I'm planning to build with a budget in mind. I happen to already own Snapcaster Mage, Force of Will and a few fetchlands, so that's why they're included. I do want to note that I'd like to pick up a Japanese Sylvan Library (5ED) because it's reminiscent of a classic JRPG setting. :)
