Enchantment heavy deck that ideally gets Uril huge pretty quickly. More of a general themed deck than a true Uril blitz since I play entirely with a small group of friends. Also, I wouldn't say this is a budget build but I definitely had a price limit when buying cards.

I like card advantage so I added quite a few cards to let me get through my deck quicker, especially mid-late game when I can potentially draw a card for a beast or enchantment entering play.

This is a fun deck I wanted to make combining two of my favorite 60 card decks Ive had for a long time.
