Maybeboard


Feather was the Queen of hype when she was previewed and it took me while to figure out how powerful and fun she could actually be to play and that this wasn't just a fun 'dump all your combat tricks in this deck' situation.

The power in this deck comes from synergies allowing you to repeatedly play the same cantrips and buff spells every turn while eventually copying them to all of your creatures getting a lot of hits toward storm mechanics and buffing all of your creatures with heroic. I think one of my saltiest cards could end up being Volcanic Awakening, which if played right, maybe ideally after putting a ton of tokens down with Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin and then copying spells to all of them via Mirrorwing Dragon, could result in MASSIVE land destruction across the board essentially winning you the game.

You can either buff up other creatures or Feather herself and go for a commander damage win. If you draw the right combat spells early you can be dealing up to 16 commander damage by turn 4.

This is a first draft, and honestly it needs help with its land base and maybe needs some slightly less aggro cards to help it put out fires, but I'm in the process of figuring out how much of all that needs to exist.
