This deck is my primary EDH deck and i need help refining it, with new cards coming and the planned purchases, i need help locating "weak" or "less optimal" cards and suggested replacements would be wonderful

Its original focus was Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas as a big creature deck. it grew around planeswipes galore and slowly but surely it out grew its commander- Tajic, Blade of the Legion then took reigns as the deck at one point had 12 planeswipes and mostly indestructible creatures. With that permanent removal became its biggest issue- eventually even Tajic grew too weak and with the release of Archangel Avacyn   it finally came to its current leader, a leader to support the deck. Im telling this story to help explain why the deck has such a steep mana curve and possibly an unorthodox build as one person in my group called it. I call it Control by Destruction.

The decks philosophy is simple: - Ramp using artifacts I can sacrifice for cards Commander's Sphere & Dreamstone Hedron or are too efficient to dismiss like Thran Dynamo & Boros Signet - Defending myself with planeswipes able to remove indestructible creatures like Hallowed Burial or too efficient to dismiss like Hour of Revelation and permanent target removal - Protect myself either from the opponent, or my self with Faith's Reward & Archangel Avacyn   - Kill using creatures like Baneslayer Angel & Akroma, Angel of Wrath with some to help provide big damage from others like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight & Aurelia, the Warleader - Draw anywhere available through creatures, planeswalkers, and artifacts like Magus of the Wheel , Daretti, Scrap Savant and Sensei's Divining Top - Stalling sometimes with Blood Moon & Stranglehold
