The Sultai Manifest, with new inclusions from Dragons of Tarkir!
Hooded Hydra
+
Qarsi High Priest
: Sac Hydra with High Priest, summon X number of snake tokens (usually between 5-7), more bodies to defend with and sac with High Priest.
Salt Road Ambushers + Morph/Manifest/Megamorph: Who doesn't like bigger monsters on your side of the field!? The previous version had a distinct lack of power, and required outside forces to help it get through. With this card available, even the weakest cards in this deck can gain some power, or be a strong enough wall to hold off for game changers.
Trail of Mystery + Morph/Manifest/Megamorph: Because of the high creature count, along with the mana cost of flipping up, its important to get lands into your hand ASAP.
Sigiled Starfish + Cloudform/Morph/Manifest/Megamorph: Making sure you don't turn your sorcerys, instants, and enchantments into monsters.
Ghastly Conscription is a tech of my own choice. I felt that mid to late-game, it has a lot of potential to not only stall my opponents attacks and to be used as tribute fodder for High Priest, but also to shuts down my opponents graveyard from being used.
Jace, the Living Guildpact is another tech of myown choice. Its +1 is redundant with Sigiled Starfish, although its milling does give targets to Den Protector, and his -3 could help with non-creature manifests and annoying creatures your opponent controls. However, his main selling point is his -8, which in combo with Ghastly Conscription, can leave your opponent with only non-creature cards returned to their deck and no cards in hand. Meanwhile, you have both your hand and deck resources restored. (Note: I may switch out Jace, the Living Guildpact for Kiora, the Crashing Wave, but ill decide after a few play tests).
There you guys have it. Any reviews, critiques, and ideas are greatly appreciated, thank you.
(7/12/15) Edit: I decided to switch Deathmist Raptor for Hooded Hydra, not only for budget reasons, but also for synergy reasons as well, as I feel the priest combo idea works better with Hooded Hydra. This is subject to change.
