Since i opened a Stomping Ground expedition from my BFZ box, I decided tobuild Thromok the Insatiable as my next EDH commander!

How will this work?

Well for one, when you walk to the table and pull out Thromok, people will see a nuke. That "Devour X" mechanic that Thromok has is sure to set off some warning lights for your opponents. So rather than simply ramp, play a fudge-ton of tokens, sac-em to Thromok and swing, I've decided that a Gruul token deck is the best way to go.

So, the deck should be able to win on its own through token swarm. Thromok is used as a GIGANTIC pump or a quick finisher by dealing 21 commander damage.
