New to MTG, looking to make a vamp deck that is relatively inexpensive. The mana costs of most of the creatures are inexpensive, I think I should take out a couple swamps to add in. Added in some "meat" to the deck to be able to finish the game.

I'm thinking of taking out the 2x Vampire Nocturnus, and putting in more Captivating Vampire. This would make all of the vampires given by Bloodline Keeper get +1/+1 instead of +2/+1 and flying, however, it gives the nice ability of tap 5 vampires and gain control of target creature. This would stack well with the Bloodline Keeper.Pulse Tracker is a cheap card that deals a damage every time it attacks, which would help with the price. I like Blood Artist a lot more, but it is a bit to expensive for me.
