In progress/acquisition. Manabase is horrifyingly bad. First cut is probably Generator Servant. May consider adding Dragon Fodder and/or Hordeling Outburst. In this case Stoke the Flames and Howl of the Horde are natural additions. Humble Defector is very useful with Anger of the Gods, Twin Bolt and Arc Lightning backup. Possibly better than Read the Bones as it is also a body. Thunderbreak Regent is not impressive here, while Kolaghan's Command is a workhorse on any mode and the only real reason to play black.

This deck probably just can't beat control, although Pyromancer's Goggles are very powerful there if they resolve. Crackling Doom could help beat resolved finishers.

Additional Kolaghan's Commands, Exquisite Firecrafts, Abbot of Keral Keeps and Wild Slashes are probably the best adds. Ability to turn the corner and go face with goggles is important. Crater's Claws may be a strong option.

Update: will take out 1 Tapestry of the Ages, 2 Anger of the Gods seems like a good number for now. More card draw seems like the plan, so more Read the Bones. Exquisite Firecraft is excellent.

Sidenote, temur goggles with kiora's follower, hornet's nest and Roast, potentially 2-3 maindeck Anger of the Gods, Dig Through Time or Treasure Cruise and Sarkhan Unbroken sounds awesome.
