This is an aggressively milling deck that is designed around the concept of milling till we hit a land with Balustrade spy or Undercity informer. Returning the four creatures of Narcomoeba and sacrificing 3 of them to cast dread return and bring back angel of glory's rise. Which will then bring back azami lady of scrolls and laboratory maniac. Tapping them to win the game from the laboratory maniac's effect.

With plenty of protection from pact of negation and chancellor of the annex, to fight any counter spells, you go off and win with it in one turn.

Then on game two when they side board in a whole bunch of graveyard hate, and more, you can just switch to a entire different deck, using goblin charbelcher to then deal infinite damage.
