My take on ramp for Pioneer, focusing more on land drop than mana dorks. The meta has adapted to kill the turn 1 Llanowar Elf/Elvish Mystic, or just stomp through it with aggro. This build looks to land a turn 1 Arboreal Grazer so that it either doesn't matter if they remove it, or it provides a good blocker to get to the mid turn game. Nut Draw is T1 Grazer, T2 Catyrid, T3 Elder or Reality Smasher. Another good flow is T1 Grazer, T2 Troll. Oath of Nissa and Escape to the Wilds are there for faux card draw, Kozilek's Return is for crowd control, and Ugin is for mid game control of the board.

For Control, we board in Gaea's Revenge for Atarka and Shifting Ceratops for most of the Silverback Elders. World Breaker gets boarded in for Atarka against Boros since it can trigger Kozilek's Return for 5 and also exile a land. Extra Returns for mono-red aggro, and Lava Coil for UR Phoenix to get rid of Phoenix and Thing in the Ice.
