Sideboard

This is my Mardu Mid-Range deck, I wanted to incorporate both tokens and beefy creatures, as well as a nice combo package of spot on removal.

This deck curves out quite nicely with a turn 1-2 Thoughtseize, followed by Goblin Rabblemaster or Brimaz, King of Oreskos , Then turn 4 we clear the way for our creatures with a removal or drop a Butcher of the Horde and crack in the air, followed by a turn 5 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker or Stormbreath Dragon. This deck is extremely good with top decking if put in the position and really makes our opponent waste alot of time getting rid of our threats. Which every creature we have is. The burn is also a nice way to remove and deal damage right to the face if it comes down to it. I really feel like this deck is a top contender for opens. Lets give it the recognition Mardu deserves.

Got first place at East Coast Gamers Saturday Gameday, and acquired my Gameday champion playmat. Played Against 3 Jeskai, 3 Abzan, and U/B Control. Won all matches except the first match vs Jeskai, they double wingmate roced me and jeskai charmed to put them wayyyy out of reach, no coming back from that, But won every match after that. Did well against all the decks. This will probably be my final changes to the deck before the November open.
