Just Bird Tribal for the lulz, and because banding is a lot more powerful than people realize. Play birds, play anthems, play swords and go to town. A very casual deck, but what else would you expect from a homelands commander? Also important to note that Soraya was errata'd to affect all birds, not just falcons like the card says.
