One iteration of my Kess storm build. The win-cons are normally Isochron Scepter / Dramatic Reversal + mana rocks to generate infinite mana plus a damage outlet like Aetherflux Res, Fireball, or Exsanguinate. Dramatic Scepter + mana + top can draw your deck and you can cast it on your turn to do everything.

I also had Magus of the Mind (from C17) in here earlier and he can draw your deck as well.

Rite of Replication (overload it twice for crazy fun), Docent of Perfection, and Metallurgic Summonings help you win with creature beats if that needs to happen.
