Feather is an aggro deck that grows heroic and prowess creatures pressuring in the early game. It is capable of a t3 kill and any swing with open mana needs to be respected by opponents forcing difficult decisions that play into our protection spells. It can assemble a powerful engine with Feather and any self targeting spell competing into the midgame often letting it go bigger playing around other aggro shells or acting as a tempo deck against midrange. It struggles against most control.

The deck operates well(ish) on two land. Expect to hold back creatures until you have protection based on the battlefield. This is equally true for a hoplite on 1 or a feather on 3. Unless you are really pressured its better to be patient and assemble your engine however when threatened you can try to flick the switch and jam everything but you will need the top of your library to be kind and there really isn't much decision making room for you once you pull the trigger.

I have noticed 2 particular skill curves when learning this deck. One is learning the tempo of the deck- what hands to patiently hold up protection vs which to jam and when yo turn the corner and start trying to close the game out in a turn or two. The second has been learning to scry more aggressively but safely.
