This is a budget ($100 on MTGO) version of Atarka Red, trying to save $100 mainly on fetchlands, with minimal losses in deck strength.

Please suggest better cheap Standard-legal land options (or a better numbers balance with the same cards) if you can. Other suggestions are also welcome.
