Not sure if Seething Song needs to be a 4 of here, yes it generates a lot of mana but you might not always have something to do with it. I'd swap out atleast one or two of them for a Manamorphose as it draws you a card while helping with colors.

I have looked at Manamorphose before but I don't really see it's value and it costs a lot which I want to avoid as much as possible

If you ever need to go long, some sideboard options might include the Docent of Perfection  ^Flip, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Sphinx-Bone Wand.

Banned and Restricted Cards for MTG

I'm not crazy about the land base the bounce lands are really bad I understand that they are cheap and what not but any other dual land would be better. Like the check lands or the gain one life lands.

No Seething Song isnt playable in Modern. Also the land base would be sweet with Scalding Tarn and Steam Vents obviously as well as Spirebluff Canal.

Curiosity is worth mentioning. On Guttersnipe it works really well

instead of Izzet Guildgate you could use Scalding Tarn to go looking for Steam Vents or Sulfur Falls.

or just use Swiftwater Cliffs since its also good
