So, When is the last time you saw actual Kobolds at the table? I'm going to say whenever someone casts Prossh. In the interest of doing something a little more interesting, Lets make it a Cloudstone Curio Deck. By which I mean, lets get a little nuts with Boros Tutors, so that you can win with a tribe that only has 3 good members (all of which are 0/1s for 0) and 2 of almost anything else. To say that Kobold Curio Combo is unexpected is an understatement. Plus, If you are playing Sarkhan's Triumph to get Hoarding Dragon to get Conqueror's Galleon, no one is going to be taking you as a serious threat.

As a backup plan, you get to go pretty wide with some token creators to both throw people off the scent that you are a combo deck, and can occasionally win you some games. And you do use creatures for the most part to assemble the combo. Recruiter into Recruiter into Ranger of Eos costs 1 card and builds you a board from nothing, and can also give you the Kobolds you need for your combo. Also, there are few things more satisfying than using Sunforger to tutor out Mana Tithe to counter something problematic.
