As yad mentioned, The Rack and Shrieking Affliction are good choice and will help maintain your momentum when your opponent has few cards in their hand.
Raven's Crime is a reusable discard spell when you have excess land in your hand.

yad I mostly Have the Parasite side by side only because I have the Pyromancer as the only other creature. I feel like it helps as another damage source especially since my Burning Inquiry and Reforge the Soul also force you to draw cards as well.

Burning Inquiry + Waste Not = the hotness.
You have plenty of fuel for Delve, I'd suggest Murderous Cut + Soulflayer.

I'd put in 2 Rakdos's Return instead of Reforge the Soul due to its high damage ratio with Liliana's Caress

Ezereth, I was debating on that myself but at the same time I like Reforge the Soul Due to the possibility of draw damage if I have Underworld Dreams and/or the Kederekt Parasite + Young Pyromancer combo out. I'll try to play around with both. Also a note to everyone is that I actually play on MTGO and not paper, No cash to get my hands on the Rakdos's Return yet.

yad What would I even replace?
Also from now on, could anyone giving card suggestions also suggest what to replace at the same time? Also been debating on making this a 65 card deck. Y/N?

if you make it a 65 card deck i would suggest 2 Rakdos's Return and 2 Dark Deal as well as an additional land... maybe Bloodstained Mire?

Kederekt Parasite doesn't seem that great here since you only have 4 red permanents in the 60.

deyturkrjobs, They work pretty well with Young Pyro and the constant elementals.
Ezereth, It only triggers off nonland permanents.

I'd play Dark Deal over reforge the soul any day. Also Also Victim of Night or even better Terminate is generally better than go for the throat.

Chronoloco, I'll give it a try.Mainly I go for Reforge the Soul because of the 7 card draw, plus since I'm making them discard already I can't really see Dark Deal helping me if they're just drawing less cards. That's extremely helpful if I happen to have Kederekt Parasite+Young Pyromancer out.
Also debating on some creature replacements. Any suggestions?

Kederekt Parasite does work off of mountains because it does not specify non-land permanent (correct me if I'm wrong). As for creature replacements, maybe Guul Draz Specter?

Lands have no color, they are colorless permanents. The parasite only triggers with pyromancer right now, you'd be better off with Ravenous Rats or Hypnotic Specter instead (if you decide to stick with creatures).

I did a lot of playtesting w/ replacing Young Pyromancer and Kederekt Parasite w/ Ravenous Rats and Hypnotic Specter and the Pyro+Parasite combo came out ontop in win % by a large margin. I'm casting instants and sorceries a lot so Young Pyromancer is great for creating weenies for me to block with. That combined with just happening to have Kederekt Parasite out gives me an extra 1 damage a turn. I just can't see getting rid of that.

Been play testing this deck and i must say, its a blast! I've won a fair amount of games against many different archetypes. It's so crazy, because you're casting liliana's caress and either the pyromancer/parasite combo in before you start discarding usually the opponent doesn't have an idea of whats going on and then I'll drop two burning inquiries and thats 12 damage out of no where
the only bad things i have to say are if your opponent drops a leyline, thats game. Also, if they can keep you off a liliana's caress or pyromancer + parasite combo, then it's very hard to win. The only suggestions I could make would be to include more creatures that being said i don't know which creatures to include
All in all, a very fun and satisfying deck to play that generally wins against any matchup! +1

Satytap, I'm glad you like it! Having two different win conditions that can also work together is something I like a lot about it. I gotta work on optimization in the land and sorcery department though. As far as creatures, I'll figure something out I hope and hope people elave suggestions!

Wasn't The Rack reprinted in a later set? Not sure what your budget is, but if you can it's a good fit. Thoughtsieze is likely out of the budget, so maybe Distress instead? The Parasite seems like it would function better in the sideboard than the main. (Unless you have a strong red meta in your area). Maybe replace it with Hypnotic Specter or Abyssal Nocturnus.
Liliana Vess since Liliana of the Veil is very pricey.
Funeral Charm for instant speed discard.
You're probably going to want some card drawing power so maybe Sign in Blood or Read the Bones could help. Sign in Blood has the added benefit of comboing with Underworld Dreams to hit your opponent for 4 :)
Finally, discard decks occasionally suffer from diminishing returns the longer the game goes. Your opponent is top decking and will likely cast every card they draw. Meanwhile your discard effects can only be used on your turn. Pack Rat is a good answer to this. It lets you use the dead draws and can often win on its own.
