This is my go-to modern deck now. I don't remember where I initially saw this combo (Just kidding, the deck I saw is tagged at the bottom of this deck!), so if it's of your design, I acknowledge this is not mine, and I adore your mind.

Basically, if you don't have a Treasure Hunt in hand at the beginning of the game, you mulligan until you have one.

When you do have one, don't cast it until you have a Reliquary Tower down, or when you have a land play available in case you hit one.

The win condition is to Treasure Hunt your hand full of lands and hit a Lightning Storm discarding 9 lands and having enough to respond to their discarding, burning them out for 21 or more.

If you play correctly, you should win by turn 5 in almost all cases, and earlier if you're lucky.

This is a very glass-cannon deck, but it is very cheap (if you use the cheap mana base), and you don't need a sideboard because there's no way to change the deck's game plan.
