So my brother and I are twins and though that a deck that reflects (HA!) that would be fun to build. The first obvious commander was Brothers Yamazaki but then we found Riku of Two Reflections.

The eventual goal is to have a Creature based Riku deck for one of us and a Spell based one for the other, but for now I think it would be good to have a bit of both in 2 identical decks. Lands are undecided other than the obvious ones like Reliquary Tower.

Guide for suggestions: Try to fit the theme of Twins and Duplicates. Clones are fun, spell copying is entertaining, creatures that make a copy when the enter (Desolation Twin I'm looking at you) are fun to have, etc. Also some way to win without being terribly degenerate (stupid 2 card combos, hard gameplay locks, etc aren't terribly fun for me).
