I could definitly lose 2 Kraken Hatchling , I didn't realize how creature heavy the deck is. Path to exile can go to sideboard, for decks such as UW Polymorph Control :P , then I guess 4 Mind Sculpt can go in for more mill. Mind Funeral can then go in sideboard... Grindclock is just a little too slow in my opinion and Visions of Beyond is good, but I find I'd take most of the cards in the deck currently over it. as for The Guildmage and Flooding, I'd say that the cards in the deck are better than them in general. I might add Archive Trap though as it can work as late game mill and a good trick against any deck running fetch lands.

Made the Changes, I'm still deciding whether Mind Funeral is better than Mind Sculpt. Also if Wall of Frost is doing nothing on the defensive then it can be side-boarded out for Consuming Aberration.

You should run the Chronic Flooding against tri-colour decks for the land disabling-ness of it.

And I would throw in two mind funerals instead of the walls of frost.

Done some Mana Fixing! This deck is now 100% out of my price range (woo). It might not be perfect so any thoughts on how the land base can be improved even more are greatly appreciated as I have no experience with special lands.A note on Chronic Flooding , it doesn't actually do much in the forms of slowing mana, as it is only a price of 3 cards for the land. It may be slightly annoying, but 3 cards is not significant enough to make it playable.

Lol the counterspell. Don't you think there's not enough mill? You don't need wall of frost and that much removal. There is also too many guard gomazoa's(lightning bolt) and kraken hatchlings. Put Wall of Omens instead. Probably take out the paths to exile. And maybe throw in the mind sculpts. And how about you put in Grindclock. Some other mill to consider are Visions of Beyond, Mind Funeral, though their a little bit pricey.
